Info: Elaine is our Office Manager. She was trained by Steve Corry, one of the best property managers in Cedar City. She is responsible for the bookkeeping for the office and our owners. She assists all owners with their financial matters. Elaine maintains owner’s accounts, both receivable and payable. She also follows up on utility transfers, collection past due rents and late fees, and refunding security deposits. Elaine has 10 years experience as an Office Manager.

Info: Janice is our Principal Broker. She has been in Real Estate since 1992 in Cedar City. She received the Rookie of the Year Award her first year, has served as Secretary/Treasurer, Education Chair, and President for the Iron County Board of Realtors. Janice is currently on the Utah Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee. Janice is the current President for the Building Industry Association of Iron County. She has a GRI designation. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in finance from BYU. She is also a graduate of the Utah Association of Realtors Leadership UAR, a program limited to 13 realtors per year selected throughout the state. Janice can work with anyone from first time home buyers to investors, and she is experienced in new construction, development, and rental management.

Info: Marnie is our Rental Administrator. She is responsible for collecting rents and showing available rentals, updating owners of all 30 day notices as well as any available properties that have been rented. Marnie also coordinates all of the advertising in the Pioneer Shopper, The College Journal, KSL, and Craigs List as well as keeping the rental lists in the office and on our website updated on a daily basis. She handles all the screening for any and all potential tenants. Marnie has 7 years of experience in the property management business.
