 I moved to Cedar City in the summer of 2005 to take a faculty position in the Communication Department at SUU. Janice Steffensen assisted my wife and I in finding a house that was suitable for ourselves and our children. We couldn't have been happier with the service she provided. She was always so friendly, without sacrificing her professionalism. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions, and she was so willing to answer them. Although I am currently not looking to move into another house, I would certainly call Jem Property Management if I require their services in the future.
